On February 07th, 2024, the National Testing Agency issued an announcement for the opening of the application window for NEET (UG) - 2025 registration. Students can apply online at the NTA official website https://neet.nta.nic.in/, from February 07 to March 7, 2025 (11:50 PM)
As per Section 14 of the NMC Act, 2019, NEET (UG) is the common entrance exam for undergraduate medical admissions across all institutions. NEET scores will also be valid for BDS, BVSc & AH courses, as per governing regulations.
Under Section 14 of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) Act, 2020, NEET (UG) is mandatory for BAMS, BUMS, BSMS, and BHMS admissions. Additionally, MNS aspirants must qualify NEET (UG) for B.Sc. Nursing admissions at Armed Forces Medical Service Hospitals in 2025.

The NEET (UG) - 2025 Entrance Test will consist of 180 multiple-choice questions. The distribution includes 45 questions each in Physics and Chemistry and 90 questions in Biology (Botany & Zoology).
The exam will be conducted in 13 languages: Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. The total duration will be 180 minutes (3 hours), scheduled from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (IST).

Step 1: Apply Online at the NTA official website https://neet.nta.nic.in/.
Step 2: Register or login for the Online Application Form and note down the system-generated Application Number once you have registered.
Step 3: Fill in the necessary details in the application form and upload all the required documents.
Step 4: After completing the Steps, the candidates have to pay the requisite examination fee online.
Step 5: Submit the application form.
