The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the scanned images of the OMR Answer Sheet and Recorded Response for NEET UG 2026 on its website: https://neet.nta.nic.in/. The NEET UG 2026 re-examination was conducted on 21 June, 2026, in India and abroad.
A scanned image of the OMR answer sheet has been sent to the candidates at their registered email addresses, which they provided during the time of NEET UG registration.
Candidates can make an online response challenge as per the details below:

The challenge and the details can be viewed on the website: https://neet.nta.nic.in/. Candidates are required to log in to the official website using their credentials to view the OMR Answer Sheet and recorded responses. A Two-Factor Authentication system is implemented, and an OTP will be sent to the candidate’s registered mobile number and email address.
Important Note: The Answer Key Challenge is already completed, and no challenge to the answer keys will be entertained.
Candidates can make the payment via Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking by 15 July 2026 (up to 11:00 A.M.). No challenge will be accepted without receipt of the processing fee.
Challenges will not be entertained through any other mode of communication.
