New Delhi: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released a comprehensive notification outlining the procedure, schedule, and guidelines for the distribution of pass certificates to candidates who qualified in the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) December 2025 session.
The announcement comes following the declaration of results and is aimed at ensuring an orderly and secure certificate issuance process for successful candidates.

The board has clarified that entry to the premises will be regulated strictly according to the assigned schedule. Candidates arriving without an appointment slot or outside their designated time may not be allowed entry.
NBEMS has categorically stated that FMGE December 2025 pass certificates will be issued only through physical, in-person collection at the designated office in Dwarka, New Delhi.
This measure has been implemented to maintain document security and prevent misuse.
Candidates must carry the following documents in original form at the time of collection:
NBEMS has indicated that identity verification procedures, including biometric authentication and document cross-verification, may be conducted before handing over the certificate.
Failure to present the required documents may result in denial of certificate issuance on that day.
Candidates who are unable to report on their assigned date must submit a formal request through the NBEMS Communication Web Portal.
The board has clearly stated that candidates cannot collect their certificates on any alternate date without prior approval.
NBEMS has further emphasized that all qualified candidates must collect their pass certificates within six months from the date of result declaration.
For FMGE December 2025 candidates, this means the certificate must be collected before July 9, 2026.
Failure to do so may lead to administrative action, including possible cancellation of candidature, which could impact future professional registration and documentation processes.
