The board has clarified that entry to the premises will be regulated strictly according to the assigned schedule. Candidates arriving without an appointment slot or outside their designated time may not be allowed entry.

In-Person Collection Mandatory

NBEMS has categorically stated that FMGE December 2025 pass certificates will be issued only through physical, in-person collection at the designated office in Dwarka, New Delhi.

  • Certificates will not be sent by post or courier.
  • Collection through authorized representatives or third parties is not permitted.
  • Only the candidate concerned will be allowed to receive the certificate after due verification.

This measure has been implemented to maintain document security and prevent misuse.

Documents Required for Certificate Collection

Candidates must carry the following documents in original form at the time of collection:

  • FMGE December 2025 admit card
  • Valid government-issued photo ID (such as Passport, Aadhaar, PAN Card, or Driving Licence)
  • Printed copy of the FMGE result/scorecard
  • Entry slip downloaded from the NBEMS portal
  • Self-declaration form, if applicable

NBEMS has indicated that identity verification procedures, including biometric authentication and document cross-verification, may be conducted before handing over the certificate.

Failure to present the required documents may result in denial of certificate issuance on that day.

Change in Allotted Date or Time

Candidates who are unable to report on their assigned date must submit a formal request through the NBEMS Communication Web Portal.

  • Requests for change must be submitted on or before April 14, 2026.
  • No walk-in rescheduling will be entertained.
  • Approval of a revised appointment will be subject to NBEMS discretion.

The board has clearly stated that candidates cannot collect their certificates on any alternate date without prior approval.

Final Deadline to Collect Certificate

NBEMS has further emphasized that all qualified candidates must collect their pass certificates within six months from the date of result declaration.

For FMGE December 2025 candidates, this means the certificate must be collected before July 9, 2026.

Failure to do so may lead to administrative action, including possible cancellation of candidature, which could impact future professional registration and documentation processes.

Importance of the FMGE Pass Certificate

The FMGE pass certificate is a mandatory document for foreign-trained medical graduates seeking registration to practice medicine in India. Without this certificate, candidates cannot proceed with:

  • Permanent registration with the concerned State Medical Council or National Medical Commission (NMC)
  • Internship or further licensing formalities
  • Employment in medical institutions within India

Advisory to Candidates

NBEMS has advised all qualified candidates to:

  • Carefully review the official notification available on the NBEMS website.
  • Download and print the entry slip well in advance.
  • Reach the venue strictly as per their allotted time slot.
  • Ensure all required documents are carried in original form.

Candidates are encouraged to avoid last-minute visits and adhere to the prescribed timeline to prevent inconvenience.
